This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Arise Billing Solutions, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Arise,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It explains how Arise collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). 

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, our public and internal websites, portals, and web-based tools are referred to as the “Sites.” This Privacy Policy governs any Arise Service or Site on which this Privacy Policy is posted or referenced.

ARISE’S RCM PLATFORM, APPLICATIONS, & CUSTOMER DATA 

Arise Billing Solutions provides revenue cycle management (RCM) services, billing platforms, and operational tools for treatment centers, healthcare providers, and similar organizations. 

During use of these systems, Arise’s customers may enter protected information—including PHI, employee data, or proprietary business information—into Arise-managed systems (“Customer Data”). 

Important Note — this Privacy Policy does NOT apply to Customer Data. 

  • The customer (treatment center, provider, organization) is the data controller of Customer Data. 
  • Arise acts as a business associate under HIPAA and other applicable regulations. 
  • Use, disclosure, retention, and protection of Customer Data is governed by: 
  • A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) 
  • The Service Agreement 
  • Applicable privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, state privacy laws) 

To learn how a specific Arise customer handles your personal information, contact that provider directly. 

Arise has no ownership or independent control over Customer Data. Arise’s role is strictly: 

  • To process Customer Data on behalf of the customer, 
  • To protect it per our contractual + legal obligations, 
  • To maintain confidentiality and security.

          This includes: 

  • Contact Information: name, title, organization, email, phone, address. 
  • Support & Correspondence: communications, feedback, surveys, inquiries.
